LIGHTS ON finished this Lighting Design work in 2016 collaborating with Openbook, Architecture. This eclectic and wide space project, originally based in an old building at Santos, Lisbon, in which only the facades were preserved, was developed around a rebuilt central volume, which original industrial appearence was kept. We gave a functional and contemporary atmosphere around this central volume, which covering was exploited to enhance it, creating a scenic ambience. It was necessary to maintain a constant presence at work in order to attend to the lighting programming phase and to support installation of special lighting equipments which were designed and conceived for this project.
